行田電線（大阪市城東区）は、2026年1月から新中期経営計画「YUKITAグループ3カ年経営計画」（26～28年）をスタートさせる。
今後、大きな伸びが期待できる半導体製造装置やFA・ロボットなどの産業機器向け販売を拡大。28年度グループ売上高310億円（国内260億円、海外50億円）、営業利益23億円（同15億円、同8億円）を目指す。
行田史朗社長は「市場が大きく変化する中で、これまでの民生向けに加え、産業機器向けワイヤハーネス販売に力を入れてきた。
現行5カ年経営計画の最終年度の25年から産業機器向け販売が立ち上がり、26年以降はその販売に勢いがつき業績をけん引するとみている。
国内外で産業機器向け生産体制を強化し、グローバル需要にしっかり応えていく」と意気込む。
新中計では▽安定収益基盤確立▽グローバル最適生産体制▽人材とDXへの投資強化▽商社機能の高度化を基本方針に掲げ、軸足を産業機器市場に置き、電機・デバイス社（DDC）、環境・エネルギー社（KEC）、グローバルビジネス社（GBC）の3カンパニーで体制づくりを進める。
また、①競争力強化のための原価低減②販売力強化③新規製品の開発④新人事制度の四つのタスクフォースを立ち上げ、課題解決に取り組む。
行田社長は「現行中期5カ年経営計画最終年の25年業績は国内売上高が目標260億円に対し220億円、海外売上高も100億円の目標に対し40億円になる見通しだ。コロナ禍の影響を受け、財務目標が未達になることから新中計は、環境の変化に左右されることのない安定した経営基盤づくりに取り組み、次の飛躍に備える。財務目標も実需に基づく売り上げ、利益を積み上げた。現行中計目標再チャレンジの意味も含め必達を目指す」と説明する。
新中計スタートに向けて、既にワイヤハーネス事業で滋賀工場（滋賀県東近江市、敷地面積3万3500 m²）に新工場棟「第8工場」（床面積2000 m²）を25年3月に竣工（しゅんこう）。
需給が逼迫（ひっぱく）していた給湯器用ワイヤハーネス加工を開始。26年はワイヤハーネス加工を増強する計画だ。
11月にはタイ工場（バンコク）のサテライトのカンボジア工場（ポイペト）の近隣工場を取得。
ガス器具用などのワイヤハーネス加工を現工場から移管する。現工場には電線新工場棟を建設し、ワイヤハーネス用電線を生産。
自社カンボジア工場向けに供給するほか、外販も行う。
中国の江西、滁州の2工場のワイヤハーネス加工を増強。江西工場は生産の自動化を推進。滁州工場は電線生産の品種を拡大し、電線内製化率を高める。
新規製品開発でも26年に耐寒電線を、寒冷地仕様電線としても販売する予定。24年からGBCで始めたネット販売の自社ブランド「VOLCUR（ボルカ）」の急速充電器、モバイルバッテリーのラインアップにも力を入れる。

Ushizuka Memorial Ceremony Held at Katata Plant
The annual Ushizuka Memorial Ceremony was held at our Katata Plant.
Honorary Chairman Yukita attended the event, and commemorative gifts were distributed to all employees.
Now an established tradition, the ceremony offered a solemn moment for reflection, as each participant observed a silent prayer and renewed their gratitude.

New Wire Harness Building Completed at Shiga Factory – Completion Ceremony Held
An inauguration ceremony was held to celebrate the completion of the new wire harness factory building at the Shiga Factory, and full-scale operations officially began as scheduled in March.
The new factory building covers an area of 2,000 square meters and is equipped with facilities and production lines that incorporate semi-automated systems using the latest technology. This has enabled a more efficient production process.
The new factory will focus on producing harnesses for water heaters, aiming to further enhance productivity and deliver high-quality products.

The donated VOLCUR batteries will be used to charge various walkie-talkies in emergencies and as an outdoor power source for disaster prevention training events, etc.

Construction status of the new factory building at Shiga plant
On April 23rd, a ground-breaking ceremony was held for the new wire harness factory building at the Shiga Plant. The building is scheduled to be completed on February 28th, 2025, with operations planned to begin in March of the same year.

Construction of wire harness factory building at Shiga factory
An article about the construction of the Shiga factory wire harness factory building was published in the “Nikkan Sangyo Shimbun” published on March 8, 2024.
Construction of the wiring harness building is scheduled to begin in April and will be a 2,000 square meter building with an investment of 400 million yen and is scheduled to start operating in 2025.
